Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All pieces must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original Adornmonde box and pouch to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
